Dans le cadre du programme de la restauration complète de l'église Saint-Martin par les architectes Florence Babics, Patrice de Brandois et Roux, le peintre Gregorio Cuartas est intervenu pour la réfection de douze vitraux dans la nef et la création d'un vitrail pour la nouvelle baie du tympan.
Pour cet artiste, la géométrie a un caractère statique et mystique, qu'il associe, ici, à "une coloration très légère, propice au recueillement". "Le ciel peut entrer en nous par les yeux. Le beau, la sacralité que nous percevons devant une oeuvre est comme une caresse de Dieu".
Gregorio Cuartas a également réalisé pour l'église Saint-Martin, le mobilier liturgique: autel, tabernacle, ambon, fonts baptismaux, luminaires.

Gregorio Cuartas, Stained-glass windows and Liturgical furniture for the church of St. Martin (2005)
As part of the complete restoration programme for the church of St. Martin by architects Florence Babics, Patrice de Brandois and Roux, painter Gregorio Cuartas re-worked the twelve stained-glass windows in the nave and created a new stained glass bay for the tympanum.
For Cuartas, geometry has a static, mystical quality that in this case he has associated with “a very light coloration to encourage contemplation”. “Heaven can enter us through our eyes. The beauty and holiness we perceive in front of a work of art is like a caress from God.”
Gregorio Cuartas also created the liturgical furniture for the church of St. Martin: the altarpiece, tabernacle, lectern, baptismal fonts and light fittings.

In die grundlegende Restaurierung der Kirche Saint-Martin durch die Architekten Florence Babics, Patrice de Brandois und Roux, griff der Maler Gregorio Cuartas bei der Instandsetzung von 12 Fenstern im Kirchenschiff und der Neugestaltung eines Fensters für die Türöffnung des Tympanons künstlerisch ein. Für ihn besitzt die Geometrie einen statischen und mystischen Charakter, den er hier mit „einer sehr leichten, der Andacht angemessenen Farbgebung“ verbindet. „Der Himmel kann durch die Augen in uns einkehren. Das Schöne, die Heiligkeit, die wir vor einem Werk wahrnehmen, ist wie ein Streicheln Gottes.“
Darüber hinaus gestaltete Gregorio Cuartas auch die liturgischen Möbel: den Altar, den Hostienschrein, die Kanzel, das Taufbecken und die Leuchten.
