1SQMH is a 17-metre-tall “tower block” consisting of a number of geometric modules piled up like a child’s building bricks, designed by Didier Fiuza Faustino (1968, Portugal) both as a sculpture and a work of architecture. It strongly echoes the surrounding architecture, mainly consisting of blocks of low-cost social housing characteristic of the peripheral zones of Paris
