Photo : 1 2 This park it is a set of six sculptures of pulpits arranged symmetrically with rows of trees. They have the shape of a lecturer's pulpit. Each granite sculpture is composed of two elements, one black and one white. Each pulpit becomes a water fountain when you press a button. The whole work is a set of metaphors: the white and the black are the thesis and the antithesis, the twin pulpits in an inverted position, suggest the idea of confrontation and exchange. Harald Klingelhöller's concept is a celebration of dialogue and verbal communication. |
